Tankless Water Heater

Included in your new home is the 3rd generation Nest Learning Thermostat, which will help make your home not only smart but energy efficient. The Nest Thermostat can learn your habits, saving you money by automatically adjusting the temperature.

All of our homes are installed with the Rinnai tankless water heater which provides an endless supply of hot water. About the size of a small suitcase, your Rinnai tankless water heater requires less space for heating, providing more space for living. The efficient and compact technology helps conserve natural resources while producing less waste in landfills. And with higher standards for lower CO2 emissions, you can breathe easier too.

An insulated garage door is made of two layers of steel with insulation between them.

An insulated garage door can help save on energy costs and are also much quieter than non-insulated doors. They also tend to be more attractive and resist dents well.

LED Light Bulbs

LED lights can last 25,000+ hours, compared to a incandescent light at 1,200 hours. You would have to use 21 incandescent lights for every 1 LED light.

LED light bulbs are more efficient, have a longer lifespan, and provide great color rendering. This is why each Mountain Vista home come installed with LED bulbs.

Wire Mesh Driveways

We use 6x6 10gauge wire mesh on all our driveways. Concrete has little resistance to tension. Wire mesh increases concrete strength and makes it more durable and less prone to cracking.

All exterior concrete is then sealed with roll-on application of high quality sealer.

We use R-23 Blow-in Blanket System (BIBS) insulation and R-45 Blown in the attic.

BIBS is fiberglass insulation using the best qualities of the fibers. BIBS does not support mold, insects or rodents, doesn't absorb moisture and does not burn. By blowing in the fiberglass, the cavity is custom filled to the correct density.
